What We Sell

FFC Vehicles sells downloadable file packs: 3D models and textures packaged as a ZIP archive. After payment you receive a download on this website and by email. That ZIP on your computer is the product. See how downloads work.

License and Permitted Use

When you purchase a file pack, you are buying a personal, non-transferable software license. This license grants you the right to:

• Download the ZIP and keep the files on computers you own or operate
• Use the files for your own private purposes
• Install the files on machines you personally own or operate

This license does not permit you to:

• Redistribute the files to other people, whether for free or for payment
• Resell, re-license, or transfer the files or the license
• Claim ownership of the files or present them as your own work
• Upload the files to public repositories, file-sharing sites, or torrent networks
• Include the files in any paid product or service without explicit written permission from FFC Vehicles

Account Responsibility

If you create an account on fccvehicles.com, you are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be in violation of these terms, including accounts involved in redistribution of purchased files.

Purchases and Pricing

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). FFC Vehicles reserves the right to:

• Change product prices at any time without prior notice
• Discontinue, add, or modify products in the store
• Apply or remove promotional discounts and sale pricing

Prices displayed at the time of checkout are the prices you will be charged. All sales are final except as stated in our Refund Policy.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Intellectual Property

All software files, product images, branding, and other content on fccvehicles.com are the property of FFC Vehicles or its licensors. You may not use our trademarks, logos, or content without explicit written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

FFC Vehicles provides digital products "as is" without warranties of any kind.
